Our client from Shenzhen, China, is a technology-based entrepreneur venturing into real estate in Bali by developing a villa complex for time-sharing rentals. The Jeghier Architect team is privileged to collaborate with them, gaining insights into the latest technologies and discovering numerous materials available for production in China. Despite prior discussions with one of Bali's top architects, the client, after careful consideration, chose the Jeghier Architect team to transform M Villas into a successful villa development in the future.
Striving to make these villas exclusive, we approach every aspect with meticulous care, considering market trends, materials, and other factors to add unique value to M Villas.
Our agreement includes designing all sanitary facilities, making M Villas a villa with a distinctive design, the only one of its kind in the world.
Situated at an elevated location in Bali, this area offers the best sunset views and is a popular surfing destination for tourists from various countries. With clear and optimal investment calculations, the villa units comprise 2 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms. The total number of units for both villa models is 18, excluding 8 spa rooms, a lobby, bar, restaurant, communal area, and back-of-house facilities.
Preserving existing trees in good condition, we refrain from cutting them down and integrate them into each villa's plot. These trees are to endure and become a part of the villa's history, ensuring that each villa may have a unique form, distinct from others.
The villa owners' management system operates through professional management by an operator. Various consultants, coordinated by Jeghier Architect, contribute their expertise to design M Villas. These include structural, mechanical and electrical (ME), interior, landscape, and lighting consultants, as well as a quantity surveyor.
